Good morning! :)
Things seem a little better after some sleep and exercise. I realised that sometimes it is the little things in life that cheers us up and keep us going. The friendly janitor at the stadium, the simple conversations I had with my friend while we jog, the cool air in the morning, etc...they all made my day!
